1 - Open TeamViewer
Click in the Windows Search Bar and type TeamViewer.
Then, click on the app and in "Open".
Obs: You might see a message "TeamViewer in running in background", if it happens you need to follow step 2 of this tutorial, otherwise you can go to step 3.
2 - Show TeamViewer
Following the steps bellow:

Inform Your ID and if requested the Password to the person on the phone
